Project Clock Standard is a good option for planning and organizing different projects that require time and billing management. You can create separate projects, tasks, clients, items, and expenses.
After all the information has been added, you can specify the date, to whom the works is being charged, the tasks involved to the project, the duration of the time being billed, and the expense item during this period of time.
For each billed time you can add a comment about what the billed time involved. The time spent is added to the total amount of time billed to the project. You can also view the detailed record of times billed to all projects. There also is a tool to convert time to hours.
The program also allows you to generate different reports for a certain clients, projects, and tasks either detailed or summarized, e.g., client retainer reports, detailed reports by date, expenses reports, invoices reports, open project reports, summarized reports by project and task, timesheet reports, etc. Besides printing the reports you can email them. The only disadvantage I found is that this version doesn’t have a report designer and doesn't allow you to share time data over a network or Internet connection.
